Description of Casa da Laxe
This rural house that we show here is located in the region Pontevedra del Deza, more specifically in the small town of San Salvador de Cervaña.
With only 130 inhabitants and a typical Galician environment for its green mountains and plagued rivers, it offers us more positive extras to our experience.
The facade, with more than 100 years, has a typical aesthetic in which the stone naked and the wood that decorates both windows and beams predominate and a beautiful gallery with crystals.
Inside, a decoration based on large stone walls and beam and furniture wood walls is maintained, these being an exquisite seniority, without abandoning comfort, recharged in rustic objects and with great ornamental value.
With a maximum capacity for 11 people, the rooms of this house are distributed, between 2 plants as follows:
- An area in which the lounge and dining room are joined, both separated by steps that leave the stay with double height, each having an impressive chimney to heat the cold Galician nights.
- A living room in which to spend quiet moments with ours while planning our visits to the environment so magnificent.
- cuisine, of great amplitude with Office and are completely equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances and dishes.
- 3 marriage bedrooms having the bathroom included. 2 bedrooms, one double and one individual, both sharing a full bathroom. And a double room with bathroom .
In the outer we have an immense garden in which to spend whole days thanks to the pool accompanied by furniture, parking for 6 cars, Parra de Kiwis, vineyard, native trees and surrounded by vegetation. It has a huge garden with a hórreo, porch and pool, a pity that is not more careful because it would be what would bring the house a greater appeal. It also has an area where you can park up to 4 or 5 cars.
Inside is very spacious, living room, dining room, another room more, large kitchen with everything you need, a toilet and a reception make up the ground floor. Some furniture has a lot of character, you can be perfectly well, but the truth is that in general a little dish of face would not hurt the room.
The upper floor is the one with the rooms with several double rooms with double or single beds and up to 4 bathrooms so you do not have to wait for anyone.
Value for money is very good.
The owner Carmen, is a sun, very nice and attentive. She brought mussels one of the days on her own and was always ready for what we needed.
Near the house there are several places where you can eat very well and very cheap, a very close and great steakhouse, and already by car but also near another steakhouse and a grocery store.
If what you are looking for is rural environment and tranquility it is ideal, only the cows are heard since it is in a way separated from the road.

The excellent treatment. Getting to the house is not very complicated.

This rural house is settled in the town of San Salvador de Cervaña, in the Pontevedra region of the deza, a population that allows a completely relaxed environment in which time will become a memory of our daily lives.
