Casa da Chavella

This house is located in Berdillo, a town in La Coruña where you will find the perfect retreat to relax and forget your worries for a few days.

The accommodation is located in the middle of a 4000 m2 plot whose garden occupies a large part of the exterior. The house, which has capacity for 10 people, is rented entirely and consists of:

• Spacious and equipped kitchen with high-end furniture and appliances from a well-known luxury brand. You have a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as other smaller appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster so you can prepare a delicious breakfast. You also have a dishwasher to make your stay even more comfortable. 

• Living room - dining room very spacious and spacious presided over by a wonderful wood-burning fireplace. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a designer dining table made from reclaimed wood. In this space you will find television.

• 5 double rooms, 2 of them with a double bed and the rest with 2 twin beds. They are fully furnished with bedside tables and large-capacity wardrobes that will allow you to organize your luggage to your liking. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom withJacuzzi, perfect for those who want to relax or spend a romantic time with their partner in privacy.

• 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them located on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. You have a hair dryer for greater comfort. 

• Cleaning room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and even a vacuum cleaner so that you don't miss anything. 

• Large garden with barbecue area and outdoor furniture so you can organize outdoor dinners. 

• Fenced outdoor pool so you can cool off on the hottest days of summer.

• Parking area with capacity for several cars. 

The entire ground floor is equipped to receive people with mobility problems, including the bedrooms and bathroom. 

The rental price includes the bedding and towels that you may need, all of them made with Egyptian cotton.

Our house is located in Carballo, a municipality in La Coruña located between the Mariñas and the Costa de la Muerte that has been populated since the Paleolithic Era. This explains the high historical value attributed to this town, on which the Roman conquerors have also left many traces.
