Surrounded by a rich natural heritage, you can enjoy the exclusive places of the inner Murcia.

The house has capacity for 6 people. Within it there are the following rooms:

• 2 bedrooms with a marriage bed each. They are simple rooms that share a rustic charm, with abuhardillado wooden roofs. One of them offers views of the mountains nearby.

• a bedroom with 2 individual beds. The beds are separated by a night table on which there is a reading lamp. In addition, the room is heated with a heating device.

• 2 bathrooms. One of them is a simple cleaning, while the other is a full bathroom that has a bathtub after a thick shower curtain. In both cases, it has WC, Bidet and Bavabo.

• living room. It is the main common room of the house. There is a sofa near the flat screen television. There is also a dining table made of wood, with space for 6 diners.

• cuisine. It is an open and quite wide space, very well equipped with modern appliances. Among them there are, for example, washing machine and microwave. To cook there is 4 gas fires.

The best views of the town of Benízar are enjoyed from the garden of the accommodation, a wide space with well -maintained plants and a external dining area.

In addition, there is an old wood oven and a barbecue to put into practice some new recipes.

Following the road we were on both sides of it, buildings built in these last 60 years, this path was called the path, in those years it was an orchard area on both sides without any building, at the end of the path currently (Avd. Teleclub) was the factory.

We return to the ravine and already having a left hand we begin to upload the first buildings we find are the Cortijo below, we continue to climb and the last buildings are located in the Cortijo above, a little above we have the mill and the fountain above. Here there was a boiler where it was made lavender essence, which lasted until more or less 1975.
