- The kitchen forms a very unique space since it is a small countertop where we can access the fires and the appliances essential to cook on a daily basis like the microwave oven or. In the same space we can find a dining room round table, where diners can enjoy the food prepared in company.
- The room would be in the same place as this room, since it is only a comfortable sofa supported on the wall and accompanied by the television. On top of it, a small bookshelf makes available to users interesting movies and books about the area.
- All rooms are arranged to circle maenra in a kind of corridor with wooden beams and high attic ceilings.

Hi I am Jorge. Hotelier in El Barco de Ávila and owner of this rural house. Married with 2 children and trying a new business with this old house in a charming, quiet and cozy mountain village where there were numerous mills that today have mostly disappeared.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house has its patio for barbecues, sunbathing and playing with the dog that we also allow, and with a jacuzzi in the room below and fiber to keep up to date. In addition to this, it has pellet heating and two services: one below and one above.

We have the Peña Negra mountain, a jewel just a step away, in addition to being able to paraglide.
Gredos a few km away and the Tormes river 20 km away. Among other visits, we recommend knowing the palace of the Dukes of Alb, Bonilla de la Sierra, with its cathedral; Candelario, do the Cerro de la Cruz Route, a journey of about 2 hours in Piedrahíta.
