This rural house is located in the town of Llanes, in the of Asturias. A tourist town on the banks of the Cantabrian Sea, which bathes its coasts leaving a dreamy landscape.
Our rural house is located in a typical X construction of Asturias that, formerly, was a farmhouse. Today it is completely restored , preserving noble materials such as wood and stone. It is rented from in its entirety and has capacity for 7 people who will have:

- 2 single rooms located on the second floor. These have a single bed in each of them. Each of the rooms has a bedside table with a lamp.
- 2 double rooms on the third floor with capacity for 2 people. They are spacious rooms with sloping ceilings. These rooms have polished wooden floors where we will have various elegant antique furniture. being attic windows, the windows are skylights, which fills the entire room with warmth.
- A bathroom on the upper floor with t sloping ceilings, bathtub and skylight.
- Una spacious living room with finishes in, where we will find a fireplace right in the center of the room. It has a TV area, just in front of the designer sofa in aqua green, which is the color point in this room. Going up the stairs we have the dining area.
- A dining area with a round table with several matching chairs, ideal to enjoy a good meal with our loved ones. It is located in the same room as living room but in a space separated by stairs. Just behind we have a second living room.
- The second living room is visually divided by glass doors, where we have 2 sofas.
- A kitchen with a dining room table and various appliances with a ceramic hob. Next to the dining table is a fireplace.
