With capacity for 5 people, the accommodation is perfect for coming with your family. You will find one of the oldest houses in Rincón de Ademuz, as its first record is said to have been around 1890. And its exterior proves it, since it is a construction typical of that era, with stone as the main material. After the relevant renovations, the property retains that charm and primary structure, but its interior has now been provided with the best comforts for our guests.

Let's get to know the structure of the property in more detail:

• 3 bedrooms: 2 of them doubles and the remaining single. The double rooms have a double bed. They have a rustic design that bases almost all of its charm on wood, with a presence in the furniture and floors. The rooms are exterior, so they have a lot of light during the day. At night,warm light lamps.

• Living room: it is located under wooden beams and has a very functional structure and equipment, at the service of your fun and relaxation.  That is, we have several sofas situated in front of the television, with a coffee table in between.

• Dining room: with the living room on an open floor plan. It consists of a wooden table located under a design lamp. The ideal place to taste a delicious Valencian paella.

• Kitchen: ceramic dominates the wall and wood forms the countertop that houses all the appliances.

• Bathroom: with shower.

Note that the entire house has heating. And, also on the exterior:

• Barbecue: for the best roast meat.

• Parking areas.

The house is located in Los Santos in Rincón de Aldemuz, a particularly picturesque area of the Valencian community.

The Turia and Ebron rivers run through this area, bathing everything in their path and making an environment of great beauty flourish.

The cultural artistic heritage of the area is quite important and although much of it has been lost over the years, there are still numerous buildings that are worth visiting such as the castielfabib church-fortress and other hermitages and buildings from the same period.

Our own accommodation is already a building of historical interest since it is considered one of the oldest in the area and allows us to feel its history from within.
