Our house is located in poyo, a beautiful town of Pontevedra that constitutes the perfect retirement for those who want to disconnect from the routine and spend a few days of the most fun family. 

It is a modern 3 -story building located at the same distance as the beaches as the city.  is rented in full and has capacity for 12 people although 2 extra seats can be added in supplementary beds, ask us availability in the reserve.

On the Ground Floor you will find:

• Wide and luminous cooking equipped with refrigerator, hobble, oven and microwave. You also have dishwasher to make your stay even more comfortable. It is totally furnished with numerous cabinets where you will find the household utensil and a great table to eat in group.

• dining room with capacity for 18 people, perfect for organizing more formal lunches and dinners. 

• main hall with a comfortable sofa chaise longue in which you can throw a pleasant nap or watch the television while enjoying the heat of the chimney. From this space you have direct access to the garden. 

In the first floor accounts with:

• living room with a small library so you can resume the pleasure of reading during your vacation. The best is the great firewood fireplace. 

• 4 double bedrooms with marriage bed or 2 individual beds, according to the characteristics of each room. 

In the second floor are:

• 2 bedrooms of great fully furnished. One of them has a great jacuzzi inside.

All rooms have private bathroom, television and heating. You will not miss anything. 

If you need cribs or supplementary beds tell us in the reserve and try to help you. 

In addition, the house is surrounded by a wide garden with fruit trees that provide a pleasant shadow, much appreciated in summer. You have work barbecue and outdoor furniture so that you organize dinners in the open air that, next to the pool, will turn this corner into one of your favorites in the house.

Our house is in poyo, in Pontevedra, a perfect place for those looking to spend a holiday surrounded by nature and a few kilometers of places of cultural interest. 

It is a strategic zone because Poio unites Pontevedra with the land of Albariñ wine or, in addition to being located very close to the coast where you can enjoy the Sangenjo beaches, or Grove or the island of the toja. 

Without leaving poyo you can also make beautiful excursions such as the monastery of San Juan that contains a library of more than 80000 volumes.

In addition, we are less than an hour by car from Santiago de Compostela, a city declared a World Heritage. Visit the Plaza del Obradoiro, the Palace of Rajoy or the cathedral, they will not leave you indifferent.
