Description of Azpikoetxea
Our house is a rural style house, located in the municipality of Etxarri Larraun in Navarra. The rural property has terrace and garden of 1,500 m2, with views to the Larraun Valley and the Aralar massif
It has capacity to host up to 10 people, although it could be extended to 12 due to 2 extra beds with which we have.
Due to the large capacity of the house, there is a total of 5 double bedrooms. 4 of them have 2 single beds, of 0.90 m; together or separately. The remaining room has a 1.35 m double bed. Each of the rooms includes a single bathroom and bedding.
One of the bedrooms is adapted for people with disabilities.
The living room is a cozy place with oak beams, where the fireplace, several sofas and a shelf full of books Actually, it is not the only place where you can warm up, since you have another fireplace on the same floor, in a room that gives access to the bedrooms.
The kitchen is at the same time dining room, since it has 2 dining tables attached, and appliances dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, vitroceramic and oven. From her and through a glass door you can access the lounge.
On the terrace there are several tables with chairs, and outside you will also find a large garden, which you can use to eat outdoors, to sunbathe or to let the children play freely. In addition, there is parking for 6 vehicles.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is comfortable, comfortable, cozy, has wonderful views and also has bathrooms in all rooms. We also accept pets, without limits or restrictions of spaces for which they can run. In addition, we have our own land of 1500 square meters.
