Alojamiento Rural Collado

Our rural accommodation is located inside an extensive farm located in Alajar, a tourist town in the province of Huelva.

It is a current home, with quality finishes and independent. The farm is completely private and is surrounded by holm oak and cork oak forests, forming the characteristic landscape of the Sierra de Aracena Natural Park and also of the Picos de Aroche.

Its location on the outskirts of the town allows the visitor to enjoy contact with nature and the proximity of the municipality, since only 900 meters separate it from the farm.

A romantic and traditional air characterizes the 4 bedrooms of the house. All of them spacious, double, with tiled floors and wooden beams decorating the ceilings.

They share 2 bathrooms distributed throughout the house. Both spacious, fully equipped for greater comfort and with a beautiful tile border in different shades that decorates the sinks and walls.

The same sobriety and elegance accompanies the salons. 2 independent areas that will serve to promote rest and tranquility for our guests equipped with fireplaces that will provide heat to the 2 rooms.

The kitchen is a traditional space, tiled and equipped with all the necessary appliances and tools to make it as practical as possible. It has natural light as well as a wooden table perfect for breakfasts.

If something characterizes the accommodation, it is its terrace, an enclosed space from which visitors can lean out to contemplate the beautiful views of the Sierra.

In the hot months you will not want to leave the pool. It occupies the center of the garden, equipped with porch and barbecue to take advantage of the exterior of the house.

We could not imagine a better location for the farm than La Peña de Arias Montano.

At the foot of these mountains, in addition to Alajar, there are many other small towns that, due to their picturesque character and their wealth of monuments, are worth visiting. We are talking about Cortegana or Aracena, whose castles can be seen in the distance, Almonaster and its mosque or Linares de la Sierra.

In Alajar every year the Ham Fair is held, the perfect excuse to get to know and taste the Iberian products of the region. The ascent to the Peña de Arias will lead you to the old Hermitage of the Queen of the Angels, from where you will have the best views of the Sierra de Aracena.

If you have time, the farm is an hour's drive from Seville and also from the border with Portugal.
