This rural house is located in the famous town of Llanes, within a very favorable coastal environment of Asturias.

With a very curious façade, reminiscent of an old farm, it offers the best place to rest. 

The house has a capacity for 12 people distributed in 6 double rooms in addition to offering all the rooms and comforts necessary during the trip. 

• The kitchen is a very large space surrounded by wooden furniture and equipped with a microwave and the rest of the basic appliances necessary for everyday life. The most characteristic thing about this room is the large bench that forms an L shape on the wall and on which you can sit to enjoy the food in front of the dining table.

• The living room area is endowed with a stately air composed of a set of sofa and armchairs arranged in front of the fireplace and specially designed to spend some pleasant moments in the heat of the fire in winter. 

• In this house, even the little ones have been thought of, enabling an attic as a play area equipped with all kinds of items so that the little ones in the house can have fun in their free time. 

• The rooms are equipped with balconies with incredible views of the landscape and which provide all the light that the room needs. There are numerous decorative paintings as well as nightstands and furniture such as chairs or even a dressing table for women in a noble key. The colors that decorate the room are light and pastel tones, to generate greater trust and closeness to the user.

• The bathroom is equipped with the essentials to complete your accommodation and your personal hygiene: toilet, sink and bathtub make up this simple room but without any lack of details.

• The garden is provided with a large lawn with a stone path and also elements that complement it, such as a picnic area and various trees. A fantastic barbecue is also available for those days when the sun is high and you want to enjoy company.
