The house was restored in 2005 and has a capacity of 6 people. Formerly was used as a home for the family of the Abbot of the Monastery of Samos. Their daily work was based on baking and farming, in fact, visitors can see what remains of the facilities of the place that were used for these activities.

These are spacious rooms elegantly decorated combining the stone walls with the wooden headboards and cabinets.
