- 5 rooms. All rooms have a series of literas embedded on the wall. They are simple beds that have white sheets and a curtain to be able to sleep in the dark and without anyone bothering, it doesn't matter what the time of day. The highest literas are accessible thanks to wooden ladder. All include a night lamp in their small space to be able to read or not stay in the dark. In addition, there are ticket offices for each host to keep their personal belongings.
- 8 bathrooms. All bathrooms are individual, and shared among hotel guests. They are small spaces that consist of the basics, decorated with gray walls. It has a shower with a whitish curtain, and something further away, the toilet and the sink. There is a mirror framed on this, and also the accommodation also provides hair dryer.
- cuisine-dining room. The dining room area is very wide, with separation between the tables thanks to several columns, also following the precautions for COVID-19. They are dark wood tables, with 2 to 4 chairs each and usually adorned with a lilaceas flower centerpiece. The kitchen is also commonly used, and for breakfasts it usually has food available to guests, such as cereals or some pastries. Every morning there is fresh fruit. There is also a microwave to heat the food.

Caldas de Reis is rich in both cultural and natural heritage.
