- 3 double bedrooms, of which 2 have double beds and the remaining one has a pair of twin single beds that are arranged together, but could be separated at the will of their occupants for the greatest convenience. Both the latter and one of the above are rooms with exterior projection and also have large windows, which guarantees abundant natural lighting.
- The room is a spacious and bright room in which we find a dining set for 3 people. Next to the glass doors that would give us access to the outside, we find a corner dedicated to rest outside the bedrooms in which a comfortable chaise-long of a certain size has been arranged from which the inhabitants of the house can comfortably enjoy the viewing of your favorite shows and content on the television sitting across the room.
- The kitchen, which shares the room with the living-dining room, is arranged in a unitary block of furniture in which its very complete equipment appliance is integrated and in which a large selection of household items is stored.
- The bathroom that the farm has is complete with a shower cabin, in addition to the different basic sanitary elements of a toilet such as a sink, toilet or bidet.

Coming from the northern part of the town, when crossing the river through La Pasarela or El Puente de Hierro we find the Parque Ribera del Ebro, one of the green jewels that adorn this city that has been considered on several occasions for the European Green Capital award.
With 15,000 square meters of vegetation, almost wild and manicured gardens, this space is proposed to the visitor as a magnificent option for calm leisure in which walks or bicycle rides are accompanied by the course of an Ebro that you are heights it descends more calmly than it does at points further north along its course.
