Description of Patacona Horizon- ApartUP

This accommodation is in Alboraya (Valencia), a small town where the rural essence still lingers in the old town, and surrounded by an incredible natural space such as the Parque de la Albufera.

The accommodation is a apartment with capacity for four people and which, due to its privileged position, on a high floor, has unbeatable sea views.

The house has a very simple decorative style, but at the same time, with very careful details to offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere to guests.
The rooms in which the apartment is distributed, below, we detail them:
  • As we said, it has fantastic views of the sea from the terrace, a perfect place to have breakfast in the morning breathing the air of the sea breeze.
  • The dining room, the place from where you can access the terrace, is a space made up of various rooms. First of all we see the living room itself, which is composed of a sofa, convertible into a double bed to reach the maximum capacity, and a small furniture with the television.
  • The second space is the one that makes up the dining table, classic style, with four chairs in the same style.
  • Lastly, inside the dining room, we have the American kitchen, with a large bar with a worktop function, fully equipped, and with an outdoor area where the washing machine is located and a small sink as space for laundry.
  • The bedroom includes a double bed in a fairly spacious space, with a large double wardrobe at the foot of the bed and a small armchair.
  • A full bathroom is the toilet area, where we find a double sink and a bathtub.

The complex includes common areas that you can enjoy during your stay:
  • The community pool.

  • Park with games for children.
