In this 7-story building there is an apartment waiting for you. It is located next to the beach of Xeraco (Valencia), so you can enjoy the proximity to the sea and the tourist atmosphere of the area.

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. They are small rooms with little furniture, beyond a closet and a couple of nightstands made of wood. There is usually a painting on the walls. A vacuum cleaner is kept in one of these rooms.
- A bathroom. The toilet is shared between all the tenants of the apartment. It is well equipped, with a couple of wooden and stone furniture in which to store towels. Apart from that, it includes a shower tray and other types of toilets.
- Living-dining room. It is decorated with slightly antique or rustic looking furniture. It has a sofa bed and a single armchair, as well as a round table with carved wooden chairs. Between the television are two magenta painted wicker shelves with music speakers.
- Kitchen. It is a slightly narrow space that is divided into two countertops, one placed against each wall. Above them are some cabinets and different kitchen utensils, such as a stove and a microwave. At the back is the garbage room.
