- duplex apartments: Within this category we have two apartments located on the upper floor of the building that, in both cases, inside are distributed on two floors. They have a large dining room, where we have a comfortable sofa and television, along with a dining table. The cuisine, in contemporary style, is independent, and the two double rooms are located on the upper floor. Finally, we find the two bathrooms, each distributed in a plant, being a small toilet that is located on the ground floor.

Its distribution is in a single plant and as rooms we have, in the first place, the living room, with a wide sofa bed and television screen, which shares space with the dining room table. Also in this case, each apartment has two rooms, but, distributed in a double and an individual room, in addition to having two complete bathrooms.
