This rural house is located in Arruitz, a small Navarrese village with around 100 inhabitants located in a privileged rural environment next to the mountains of the Sierra de Aralar. This house is the ideal place for a getaway to the countryside as a couple, as a family or with groups of friends, thanks to the fact that the house adapts to the needs of each of you.

The house is divided into 2 apartments, one with a maximum capacity of 8 people and another with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The apartments can be rented separately, both together and complete so that you would get an apartment with 14 beds or in different combinations of 2 and 10 beds to adapt to your needs.

The total area of the house is divided into the following rooms:

• 5 double bedrooms, 3 of them furnished with a double bed and the other 2 furnished with 2 single beds. In addition, up to a maximum of 2 extra beds can be added.

• 4 bathrooms fully equipped to satisfy your needs. One of these bathrooms, located in the area that the 8-person apartment would occupy, is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

• 2 living rooms equipped with a fireplace each in front of which to warm up and relax while watching television, or listening to music on the network.

• 2 kitchens fully equipped with everything necessary to make meals a quick and comfortable process.

• A balcony located in the 8-seater apartment that offers excellent views of the surroundings.

In addition, the complex offers you a series of common areas:

• A covered multipurpose room, where you will find a barbecue to hold parties or games with the children.

• A large grass garden to walk through that has a wooden cabin in which the little ones can enjoy playing.

• A garden so you can enjoy fresh and natural vegetables.

• A bicycle garage with tools to repair any possible breakdowns that you may have and that acts as a warehouse to store all the packages that need to be brought into the house.

50 meters from the house are the fronton of the town and a playground for the enjoyment of the little ones in the house.

Arruitz, or Arruitz as it is called in Basque, is a small town of about 100 inhabitants that belongs to the North Aralar region in Navarra. This region is crossed by theSierra de Aralar, which extends to Guipúzcoa with an area of ​​208 square kilometers. This mountain range is a combination of hills, valleys and caves that mix with green meadows and beech forests. In addition, prehistoric dolmens are preserved here, witnesses of the antiquity of the mountain range and the passage of time.

In this mountain range you can visit the Mendukilo cave, a set of 3 caves that for a long time were used as a mountain stable and as a shelter for shepherds. Nowadays they are shown to the public so that they have the opportunity to admire the wonderful spectacle of stalactites and stalagmites that form in the cave.

Near this area, and in the same region, you can see the municipality of Larraun. From this town begins the circular path that leads to the source of Iribas, a series of waterfalls where the Ertzilla and Larraun rivers are born. The path crosses the forests and follows the bed of the Ertzilla, leading the hiker through some spectacular natural corners.
