The property is located in Lozoya, Madrid , and is an old house restored into an area of ​​tranquility, comfort and convenience. The house has 3 floors, and the 4 apartments are located on the first and second floors. On each floor there is 2.

The apartments have different names that make them original and with a different decoration between them. The house can be rented as a whole or by apartments. In case of full rental, guests may have access to the ground floor.

The apartments have a double room with 2 single beds. The rooms are spacious, with stone walls and wooden ceilings. The beds come dressed in full, each with its comforter, blanket and pillows.

The rooms on the top floor enjoy una que large skylight allows guests to enjoy the sky and stars from a privileged space. Through the glass also enters enough light to illuminate the entire space.

Also one of the 4 bedrooms has un delicate wooden balcony overlooking the square and the Fountain of the 4 caños.

Each apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, this allows to increase the capacity up to 4 people per accommodation. In the living room is a wood fireplace that brings warmth and a TV. Likewise, each room has heating.

The kitchen is American style and has full utensils. The bathroom is shower and we offer towels and basic toiletries for the guests.

In all the accommodation you can enjoy internet access.

The access to the house is asphalted and is properly signposted.

Lozoya is a municipality of almost 600 inhabitants south of the Community of Madrid, about 85 kilometers from the center of the capital. It is a quiet town and its main interest is in the main square where the Town Hall is and in the famous Fountain of the 4 pipes, built at the end of the XVIII century.

The Monastery El Paular is only 12 kilometers from the house. It was built in the 12th century and is part of the Historical Heritage of Spain.

It is an ideal place to visit in winter, at 10 kilometers is Navafría and a little more than 20 minutes by car we find the stations of Navacerrada and Valdesquí. All ideal for the practice of any snow sport.

Lozoya has a path which can be traveled on foot and pass through different natural environments. You can know the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Lozoya River ; spaces where you can enjoy nature, pine forests and local wildlife. All this zone belongs to the new National Park Cumbres de Guadarrama.
