Our rural apartments are located in Loza, an Asturian town on the coast.
It is a very extensive estate where we offer tourists quality accommodation: all the services they may need and an unbeatable environment.
We have 9 apartments of different capacities and with different numbers of bedrooms. However, they are all as cared for as if they were your own home and that's how good they will make you feel. The complex in total has capacity for 42 people, distributed among these homes.
They are newly built houses, which form comfortable and new accommodation that is, at the same time, rural and connected to nature. Its yellow facades contrast with the black roofs and also with the green that covers everything around.
One of the things that makes us special in rural tourism is the inclusive conception through accessibility. That is to say, we wanted to reach all audiences and, as we do not want anyone to be left without seeing our beautiful apartments, they have all been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, not only the homes, but all common spaces. For example, the access and paths to the houses are paved and all spaces are wide to allow turnings to be made comfortably.
The garden has 5000 square meters of extension. The most representative part of the plot is the swimming pool. It is located in a fenced area, to guarantee security. Around there are several hammocks and a lot of grass area. In addition, the path to the pool is also paved.
On the plot, given its size, there is also achildren's area with swings and other furniture prepared for children to have a great time.
On the other hand, we have a restaurant, located in an independent building within the property itself. We have plenty of tables to accommodate all guests who wish and also a bar area. On the upper floor, we have a convention room, spacious and suitable for any celebration.

Sourroundings of El Capricho de Gonzalo
Loza is a coastal town in Asturias, small and very quiet. Therefore, here you will get the relaxation and calm that is so necessary today. Its beach is called Torbas: it is a small and quite unknown cove. It has an area of sand that is not very wide, just enough to enjoy the calm that is breathed in this place. However, the most peculiar thing is that it is full of vegetation. That is to say, next to the sand the forest begins, forming an incredible landscape and a paradisiacal beach.
