We are las outskirts of Villaviciosa, a coastal town located in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, in the province of Asturias .
Specifically, we are located about miutos the pre-Romanesque set of Valdedios, near the natural park Ria de Villaviciosa and the Cantabrian Sea.
The original construction of this villa dates back to the XVIII century, epoch of which retains the charm of past eras. It has all the amenities to ensure comfortable stays and tanquilas.

Inside the house there are 2 independent apartments, each with its own access. They can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

- Equipped kitchen. The kitchen is located in the same space as the living room, but slightly separated. Of more modern and current style, is equipped with all types of appliances, such as washing machine, oven, hob, and microwave, among others.
- 2 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with classic style rustic furniture (cupboards, dressers and bedside tables), and a double bed or 2 singles. Some have a small balcony ; others, large windows.
- Bathroom. In the bathroom there is a sink with mirror, toilet, and large shower. In addition you will have basic toiletries.
