Description of Ca´ La Roza
Our rural house is located in the town of Grado, which belongs to the central-west of Asturias.
It preserves some of the characteristics of its construction origin, which was 300 years ago and, after the restoration to which we have subjected this house, it is currently made up of 3 apartments where you can stay surrounded by nature.
Behind the original walls of exposed stone hides this building built, among other materials, with chestnut and oak wood, and where spaces have been created with future guests in mind, providing them with different current comforts.
In this house, where the owner's cat roams freely and which is easy to see hanging around the common areas, the apartments are built vertically.
The one on the ground floor has a capacity for 2 people, although it allows adding an extra bed. On the other hand, the other 2 can accommodate up to 6 people.
From its interior we highlight the careful taste when decorating them, with some of the furniture present in the rooms, restored by the owners themselves..
Among the common areas of the house, all on the outside, are the gardens of about 2,000 square meters where there are different areas for guests to rest. The stone barbecue is also available for them, with plenty of space for the chef's work and comfort.
Outside, but at the front of the house, there is an exclusive parking area for guests.
If you want to spend a few more than pleasant days next to the mountains and resting, don't hesitate, this is your place!
Aparments
Accepts to add an extra bed, so the families with a child fit perfectly.
It is also the perfect apartment for those people with reduced mobility, since there are no architectural barriers.
The apartment has kitchen equipped and next to it is the living room with the sofa and the fireplace. There is also a TV with DivX player.
The bathroom, all in one level, is complete with a wide shower and has in addition, hair dryer.
In both the maximum capacity is 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms double and 2 extra beds would be added.

The house is incredible for those of us who were looking for, a place to disconnect and rest. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, it doesn't need anything and if you go with dogs they have a great time because the garden is very large and fenced.
In Grado you find supermarkets like Alimerka and Lidl and on Wednesdays and Sundays there is a market where you can find local products. Without a doubt we will repeat!

Sourroundings of Ca´ La Roza
Surrounded by magnificent Asturian landscapes is the town of Grado, in the center of Asturias.
Throughout the territory there is a large presence of monuments and buildings of certain antiquity to visit.
You can always start the tour at one of the points that most characterize this area, such as the Chapel of Sorrows, several centuries old, (XVI-XVII) and later, continue the visit to the Miranda Palace-Valdecarzana or the Capitol, being popularly known as the Palace Velázquez.
If you're lucky, you may find yourself at one of the markets held in the town, such as the First Flower Festival.
Famous are its festivals with the pinchos contest, the Asturian Faba contest or the Santana festival.
