In the beautiful village of Llanes, just a few meters from the best beaches in Asturias, these rural apartments are located. Accommodations designed especially for families, equipped with all the needs and comforts for a perfect vacation at the service of nature.

These are 30 duplex apartments that can be accessed directly from the outside, with capacity for only 130 people in total. Each of them is distributed over 2 floors. On the lower floor we can find:

• A spacious living-dining room equipped with large windows through which sunlight enters and provides a feeling of spaciousness to the space. It is made up of a set of sofa and armchairs arranged in front of the television, favoring the space for chat and conversation. The dining room atmosphere is formed by a table for the diners in a round shape.

• The kitchen consists of a marble countertop equipped with all the necessary and useful appliances for everyday life such as the refrigerator, oven or microwave. Continuing with the aesthetics of the apartment, it is all decorated in white and neutral tones.

• Abathroom equipped with the essentials: toilet, sink and a shower tray.

On the upper floor we can find the rest area directly.

• The 2 double rooms of each apartment are divided into one room with single beds and the other with a large double bed. In white tones, they are decorated in a minimalist way and only contain what is necessary for rest, thus leaving much more free space for the traveler. 

• We find a complete bathroom perfectly equipped with furniture and all the household items necessary for proper personal hygiene. 

• On this floor we can also find a wonderful terrace where we can go out and enjoy the views or also be able to sunbathe and enjoy the fresh air.

The interior of the accommodation is spectacular, but also outside you can enjoy some impressive places and views.

• In the Asturian province the descent of the Sella River is very famous, so if you are adventurous and like new things and the adrenaline rush, it cannot be missing from your itinerary.

• Observing nature and enjoying it in its purest form will be very easy thanks to the large number of valleys that exist in the area, such as those of Orandi. In addition, you can do activities such as hiking or one of the routes that are available to discover the landscape. 

• All the places of interest, both historical and cultural, can be found in the center of Llanes itself, with a large number of monuments and buildings full of art.

• For those who like the coast area more, nearby there are a lot of beaches where you can walk with your family and enjoy the sun on the sunniest days of summer.
