This rural house is located in one of the best places of Asturias to retire to rest and enjoy vacation days. Specifically, we are talking about the people of Villamayor, Piloña, surrounded by mountain and coastal places worth admiring.
It is the perfect place for the whole family to spend the vacations together, since it is a small and cozy town but at the same time endowed with all the details and establishments that are needed for a stay of several days.
It is a rural house that has been divided into 2 apartments accommodated 6 people in total perfectly distributed.
It is built in 2 plants differentiated in each of which we can find each of the fully equipped apartments.
The house is usually rented for each of the apartments, for 2 and 4 people, although there is also the possibility of renting it in full for 6 people.
- The kitchens are made up of an countertop, usually in square where we can find all the appliances as the microwave, the fridge or the washing machine. In the same place is a dining table to share delicacies with other users.
- The room is an area designed for rest in the spare time where you can sit in the comfortable sofa accompanied by the TV and by the auxiliary table.
- The rooms of the 4 -seater apartment are double and they may have marriage bed or individual beds. As well as the night tables with lamps or the mirror are not missing. In the 2 -seater apartment there is a marriage bed.
- In the bathrooms it has also been thought of everything necessary for the traveler, so there is no lack of toilet, sink and shower dish including household house and towels.

In the exterior of the house in the 4 -seater apartment we can find an outer terrace where they can go out to enjoy pure air and also prepare delicious barbecues.

My name is Rosa María and I own these accommodations.
In 2004 my husband and I decided to register our apartments in rural tourism and we are delighted.
I like to attend and personally receive my clients as best as we normally have educated, orderly and wonderful customers.
My hobbies are: Traveling, going to the beach, going out with my friends, seeing for our wonderful mountains and taking many photos since Asturias is wonderful and you can take very beautiful photos anywhere.
It is a accommodation that has 6 places distributed in two independent apartments. One is on the ground floor of the house, it is for two people and is equipped with everything necessary to spend some comfortable vacation, and the other is on the first floor and has 4 seats, it is also equipped.
The two apartments have cradle, bathtub and trona for free babies.
Our accommodations are located in a rural environment where they can find a lot of tranquility surrounded by nature.
In this area you can carry out many active tourism activities and also a few kilometers can enjoy many beaches and cliffs.
