We present this beautiful house, with the option of full rental or by apartments, located in the heart of the low rias, in the Pontevedresa town of ribadumia.
The walls of this house are entirely stone. Its total capacity is for 13 people and is divided into two different apartments.
The first apartment is located on the ground floor and has a space for 5 people, ideal for families with children.
The second apartment is located on the first floor and is in the form of a duplex with a capacity for 8 people, thought groups of friends or large families.
Both have heating so as not to go cold on winter days.
As common zone has a laundry area, in case you need to wash any garment.
In the outer, and also being common zone we will find a broad and beautiful garden that houses a granary, so typical of these lands, with an area of terrace
On the terrace there is also a wide porch
It also has parking zone inside the accommodation.
