- A kitchen that dyes its walls and tiles in red and green colors, creating a striking and original atmosphere. It is equipped with the appliances necessary to facilitate the day to day of the tenants. It has a countertop in which la glass ceramic is made, allowing guests to make delicious homemade dishes. On the shelves distributed by this room the elements of household and tableware are placed.
- The dining table is just a couple of steps from the kitchen and its proximity allows comfort on the move with all the crockery or cutlery needed for dinner. A cozy corner of the house that allows you to enjoy Madrid's cuisine in good company.
- The living room is composed of a sofa located next to a small table and in front of the television, so that you can watch a movie or current program in those relaxing moments. In addition, for cold seasons, a stove will allow tenants to warm up with their fire.
- 2 double bedrooms located in the 2 heights of the apartment. One of them has a comfortable double bed while in the remaining room there is 2 beds for single use. Stays destined to guarantee full rest. Each of these bedrooms has furniture en which are the nightstands or cupboards.
