Apartamento La Xalda

Lovely holiday apartment with the capacity to house 4 people visitors in the Asturian town of Interior of Posada de Llanes, in northern Spain.

The guests of this accommodation will have the following facilities for use and enjoyment:

• a cozy lounge in which a section for rest and entertainment has been composed with a comfortable tresillo that is in front of the television that rests on a low furniture on the other side of the room.

• 2 double bedrooms, both capacity and size, which have a marriage bed and a couple of individual beds respectively. These outdoor projection rooms have windows and large built -in cabinets.

• Sharing the same room as the living room is the kitchen, closer to the windows of enormous size they give abroad and for which an abundant natural lighting penetrates. The kitchen furniture integrates under its countertop a series of storage spaces within which the elements belonging to a large selection of Menage of the home are stored, as well as a complete equipment at the appliance. Next to this, a set of dining room with a seat for 4 diners has been arranged.

• the bathroom from which the inhabitants of the house will have a complete game of toilets, as well as a shower cabin.

This residential complex in which the accommodation is included has among its common areas with a recreational area for the bathroom with 2 pools that can be used in the summer season and a playground.
The apartment has adhered the right to use a parking space for compact vehicles in the garage belonging to the neighborhood community.

We are in a town in the interior, which in Asturias does not usually mean any problem to reach the coast, since the closest in a straight line is only 3 kilometers, which can take us to travel about 9 minutes by car or 40 walking.

But taking advantage of the fact that we are in a corner of the country with a strange natural wealth in which the relief of a relatively recent orogeny fights with the carsal effects of the erosion of the sea, we can visit 2 special enclaves that we will not find anywhere else.

In this direction, in the surroundings of Buelna, one of the latest populations of the Autonomous Community before crossing Cantabria, is where we would find the curious Cobijero Beach, one of those frequent cases in Asturias in which the beaches exist or not according to the tides. Around this we will find a lot of spectacular cars formations produced by both the direct action of the waves and the environmental humidity that carries saline waste. Thus we will run into the beautiful molino of the tides, a capricious window to the waters of the Cantabrian Sea that catches us on the way to the steep Buelna cliffs. In this same coastal line we also find the buffers of shelter, curious cavities that violently project the water from the sea to several meters in the air with each swell blow.

In the opposite direction, on the outskirts of the municipality of ships, we find a less spectacular case, but quite enigmatic, in which there is a beach without exit to the sea, which has been defined as the smallest in the world on occasion. This is the Arenal de Gulpiyuri, a beach surrounded by cliffs under whose rock walls the sea water sneaks and that with the high tide disappears completely.
