Cozy holiday apartment with capacity to accommodate 6 people visitors, in a community with spacious and well-kept garden common areas, in the charming town of Posada de Llanes.

Guests who choose this accommodation can make use of the following facilities :

• 3 double bedrooms, both in size and capacity, 2 of which have a pair of single beds each, while the rest has a double bed. All these rooms have built-in wardrobes with a large storage volume, as well as windows to the outside.

• The kitchen is fully equipped at the level with electrical appliances and would also have a good selection of household items with which the inhabitants of the house can help themselves when preparing their meals.

• The lounge is a cozy room with direct access to the backyard through huge glass doors that make up the wall facing the outside, providing this space with abundant natural lighting. Next to this end of the room is where we would find a single armchair and a three-piece, both very comfortable, from which we can rest watching the television around which they are orchestrated. • The house has 2 full bathrooms with separate sets of basic toilets, but they differ in that one has a bathtub, while the other has a closing shower cabin.

• Leaving through the living room door we come across a private patio in which a small porch and a garden have been arranged. This space would have been equipped with several sets of outdoor furniture, one of which configures an outdoor gazebo for up to 6 diners and the other a pleasant chill-out corner that will allow all the inhabitants of the house to relax.

In the garage belonging to the neighborhood community, the users of the apartment will be able to enjoy a parking space.

Outside, belonging to the neighborhood community, we find a huge rear garden in which several picnic tables have been arranged, turning it into a very pleasant outdoor picnic area with impressive views of the nearby mountains.

On our way to the coast, instead of heading northeast, towards Llanes we could take the opposite direction to enjoy several of the monumental natural landmarks that exist in this nearby area.

A little further on from the Bricia y Posada cemetery, on the outskirts of the first of the 2 towns, is where we would come across the mouth of the las Cabras or Bedón river, which gives rise to the San Antolín de Or Bedón, which we can contemplate in all its magnificent extension from the fabulous Mirador de San Antolín. This sandy area, which would remain well below our feet, is abruptly interrupted by rock formations that have been capriciously carved by the waves.

Continuing along this path along the coast and ignoring the highway, we would immediately arrive at the iconic Gulpiyuri beach, one of the most curious bathing areas in this part of the Cantabrian Coast, since it is a sandy area bathed by the sea, but without exit or horizon to it; the stone walls that surround it, in its lower part have been pierced by the action of the sea, giving rise to what is said to be the smallest beach in the world. This environment disappears at high tide, so in addition to being small, it is also temporary, which makes it even more special and exclusive, in addition to the fact that its sands of just over 40 meters in length do not fit too many people.
