Description of Camping Fragadeume
Our accommodations are locatedin a campsitelocated in the center of the natural park ofFragas del Eume, as close to the mountains as the sea.
We put at your disposal several types of bungalows with the capacity to accommodate between 2 and 4 people. They are rented independently but we can offer full rental to very large groups that have a maximum of 36 people.
Each of our accommodations is fully equipped so that you have all the comforts of modern life during your vacation. Each home consists of:
- Kitchen with electric stove or gas stove, according to the characteristics of each bungalow.
- Small refrigerator where you can store your purchases and keep your drinks cool.
- Dining table and folding chairs so you can eat comfortably.
- Double or single bed, depending on the characteristics of the accommodation.
- Porch with garden furniture with beautiful views of our property and the Fragas del Eume natural park.
- Bathroom with shower, only available for certain types of bungalows.
Kitchenware is included in all accommodations, so you don't miss anything. In addition, each home has individual heating so that you don't get cold at all.

- A master bedroom with double bed and several compartments to store your luggage.
- A bedroom with bunk and wardrobe to be able to unpack your suitcase and forget about it for the rest of your stay.
- Porch with garden furniture so you can dine out or read a book quietly contemplating our wonderful views.
- Living room - kitchen with fridge and electric stove so you can prepare quick and healthy dishes. In this room you will also find a bunk with 2 single beds.
- A bedroom with double bed with several storage spaces so you can organize your things as you would at home.
- Terrace with table and chairs where you can eat in a privileged environment.
- Semi-closed terrace where you will find a electric stove, a table and a pair of chairs where you can prepare various dishes and taste them in a very unique environment. The kitchenware is included.
- A bedroom with double bed and a bookshelf so you can place your things. You'll also find a dining table so you can eat indoors if the weather gets worse outside.
- Living room - kitchen with basic cooking utensils and a small fridge. It also has a dining table and a couple of chairs. In this room you will also find a comfortable double bed so you can enjoy a good night's sleep.
- Porch with folding table and chairs so that you can enjoy the surroundings of our finca.
- Bathroom with shower and towels for each guest.
- Fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, oven and refrigerator. In the large wooden cabinets you will find the utensils you need to cook. Surely you will leave your guests amazed with your recipes.
- Living room - dining room fully furnished with dining table. You will also find a comfortable 2-seater sofa located in front of a small coffee table round which you can sit to comment on how the day has gone.
- 2 double bedrooms, with 2 beds each and several cabinets so you can accommodate your luggage as if you were in your own home.
- Full bathroom with shower and bath and towels for each of the guests.

Sourroundings of Camping Fragadeume
Our campsite is located in Monfero, in the heart of the Fragas del Eume park, in the province of La Coruña. It is a very quiet town of barely 3,000 inhabitants known for its imposing Monfero Monastery, whose origins date back to the 10th century.
In addition, there are other monuments of great interest such as the Church of Santa María de Toboada or the Santa María de Vilachá, a clear example of the architecture of the area. We also recommend that you visit thehórreos so that you can learn about Galician history and customs first-hand.
However, our most precious treasure is the Fragas del Eume Park, known for being the largest coastal Atlantic forest in Europe. Wenceslao Fernández Florez stated that he had been inspired by this area to create his film The Animated Forest.
Although oak predominates in this environment, we can also find birches, maples, hollies and other native Galician species. Throughout the park you can find several mills and curritas, buildings dedicated to storing chestnuts, which were formerly the basic food of the Galicians.
