Posada Palacio de Manjabalago

Our inn is located in Manjabálago , a small village of Ávila which has just 50 inhabitants.

The accommodation is a building with more than 400 years of history recently rehabilitated. Its reform has respected the original architecture and has highlighted some of the most characteristic places, such as the structure of strength on the ground floor or the passage of carriage with a semicircular arch. The hotel currently has a capacity for 22 people and has:

• 9 double rooms , all of them very spacious and overlooking. The furniture and mattress are of high quality since we want you to enjoy all the comforts of current life. 2 of the rooms, the junior suite , has firewood fireplace . We also have 3 suites that is characterized by its great dimensions and by having a jacuzzi inside. 

• 7 bathrooms with hydromassage shower , one in each room. You have hair dryer.

• room located in the old dining room of the lords. The most beautiful thing about this room is the cyclopea chimney that we still usually turn on in the winter afternoons for all our guests. 

• dining area in which you can taste our gastronomy since we have our own restaurant.

• viewpoint on the last floor where you can observe one of the most beautiful panoramic people in the town

• interior patio with terrace furniture so you can sit down for breakfast or simply contemplate the views of the environment. 

In 2 of the rooms we admit animals , in the rest this possibility does not exist. So if you want to come with your pet, we beg you to tell us as soon as possible to offer you the bedroom that best suits your needs.

We put at your disposal supplementary beds under request and in exchange for an extra rate.

• the parish church of San Miguel de Manjabálago , of Romanesque origin. It constitutes one of the most important buildings in the area. 

• the window of Manjabálago, a curious Double Arch Renaissance monument that has become an emblem of the town.

• the Roman source , located in Manjabálago. The water flows from the ground and is framed by a half -point arch. 

• In Ortigosa de Rioalmar you can visit a house with Teresian reminiscences. 

You can also view other spaces that, for their natural beauty, are considered essential visits for any traveler such as the Sierra de Gredos or the Cuevas del Águila .
