Ponteceso is a town of A Coruña where the Anllóns river flows. Due to the convergence between the fresh water of the river and the salt water of the Atlantic Ocean, unique wooded places of great importance for the conservation of the flora and fauna of the place have been created.
At the end of the river there is a estuary in the bar beach, whose sands form light white dunes. It is one of the most emblematic landscapes of Ponteceso.
