Description of Hotel Real de Barco
Our rural hotel is on the bank of the river Tormes, in the town of Barco de Ávila.
It is a large building, which has 90 rooms. There are special rooms, with different characteristics. In total, we can accommodate up to 180 guests, although thanks to the spaciousness of the bedrooms, in some you can add an additional bed.
It is an imposing construction, a large building that combines in its facade slabs of stone and marble. Around, it has a lot of windows with wood in its contour, which creates a simple and very attractive appearance. The whole was reformed in 2008 to modernize it and turn it into the magnificent hotel it is today.
However, the interior is the most special of our accommodation. We have a lot of stays for you and yours to enjoy a perfect vacation. Have the needs you have, here you will find everything you want.
The room is a real marvel. It has a multitude of sofas of different types, from long and large armchairs to upholstered chairs, through tables stretchers with chairs. It is an ideal place to spend free time, because there is a lot of space but, at the same time, it is a very cozy and warm place, especially thanks to its wood fireplace, large granite slabs and forging enclosure. In front of it, there are placed 2 large black velvet armchairs, an ideal place to read a good book. For this reason, in this room there are several shelves with different copies, which, apart from being very good, are very useful for our users.
We have a cafeteria where you can have a drink or eat a little faster and informal. If, on the other hand, you prefer to enjoy an elegant and refined evening, we offer you our restaurant, where you can choose from a varied menu.
We also have another dining room, where serves breakfast, a spacious and bright room, ideal to start the day with a good foot.
If you want to enjoy the outdoors, we have a outside terrace that really is worth it. It is very spacious, with a wooden balustrade and several tables and chairs, plus umbrellas. There are also beautiful iron lampposts, to be able to go out at night.
The offer we have for groups is very interesting, since we have several meeting rooms of different capacity. In this way, the companies that want to celebrate any event, convention, seminar, etc. You can do it in our hotel. Here you will find a very comfortable place with a special charm.
