Description of Apartamentos Rurales El Requexu
These cozy apartments are waiting for you in the Poo de Llanes, a parish belonging to the Council of Llanes, in the Principality of Asturias.
Our apartments are perfect to enjoy the multiple tourist possibilities offered by the environment, without giving up comfort and qualities offered by a home.
We have 4 apartments:
- the xana and the transgend
- the Nuberu and the Cuélebre are equipped for 6 guests.
In the smallest apartments you will find a marriage room and a sofa-cama in the living room; In the largest, you will find 3 double bedrooms (2 marriage and another with 2 simple beds).
All apartments are equipped with:
- television to enjoy movie theater.
- appliances and utensils in the kitchen (washing machine, microwave, hob...).
- bedding in the rooms and towels in the bathroom.
In addition to enjoying the intimacy of your accommodation, in the common areas you will find:
- library, in which we have a careful selection of books in several languages, and board games to enjoy with other guests.

The first of our apartments is located on the ground floor. It has capacity for a maximum of 3 people, and has:
- Salon-comedor, where you will find a comfortable sofa-bed where you sleep like kings.
- Kitchen, with a design dominated by white and wood.
- Bathroom, where you will find a large bathtub to submerge between bubbles.
- Marriage room, with a double bed of 180 cm.

- Salon-comedor, a large room in which there is no lack of television for movies or comfortable sofas with cushions. From there you will go to the wooden corridor, one of the most special rooms in the house.

- 3 Double rooms, 2 of them with double bed, and a third with a pair of beds of 90 cm.
- Bathroom, with a large bathtub inside.

Our last apartment has capacity for 6 people, and is located on the second floor of the main building. In your interior you will find:
- Living room, a room designed with orange tones and rustic furniture. It has a couple of balconies that will give you beautiful views.
- Kitchen, equipped with the appliances and the necessary equipment to enjoy long stays.
- 3 Domes: 2 matrimonial (one with bed of 135 cm and another with a bed of 150 cm), and one double (with 2 beds of 90 cm) .
- Bathroom, with bathtub and basic toilet equipment.
