Description of Villa Mila
Our beautiful villa is an independent accommodation that is distributed on a single floor and whose distribution makes it a house very accessible to everything, adapted for disabled people.
It is located in the municipality of Tera at the entrance to the Valley, 15 minutes by car from the capital and from here you can reach very beautiful places in Soria that are close and accessible by beautiful roads and worth visiting such as La Laguna Negra, El Chorron, La Fuentona, Calatañazor or Numancia.
The kitchen is classic style,, very spacious without partitions so that you can enjoy a single space with the dining room and living room. It is completely furnished in light tones and has all the necessary storage space to store appliances and utensils. It has windows with views to the outside and also a large wooden dining table with ample capacity.
The living room is very cheerful with large windows overlooking the garden and it is worth highlighting the presence of the fireplace that gives a lot of life to the room, in addition to providing a lot of heat in the coldest times. It is surrounded by very large and comfortable sofas, ideal for a nap, gatherings or board games.
We have a total of 4 bedrooms throughout the house:
There are 2 bathrooms perfectly furnished and renovated with large showers with screens. One of them is adapted for the disabled. They are large spaces with a window and radiator. There is a third bathroom in the hallway used as a toilet.
The entire house is surrounded by an extensive garden, very green and well-kept. Distributed by areas, we can find a playground, while a little further away we have some tables and chairs and some sun loungers.
Covered we find a porch where we have built a picnic area and a barbecue, the ideal space for large meals. Also highlight the presence of a well that gives the garden a very elegant touch. The house also has a terrace that serves as a solarium and also has a table and chairs. Pets up to 5 kilos are allowed free of charge. Other pets, to consult.

- 2 are with a double bed and have a more classic style in decoration. Old dressers, but with colors that rejuvenate them, closets with mirrors and of course beds equipped with sheets and blankets.
- Others 2 bedrooms with 105' single beds. They are more youthful although the furniture continues to stand out for its classic cut. They have large windows through which a lot of light enters and gives a lot of life to the room.

It was named by my grandfather in honor of his wife, Milagros, my dear grandmother. It is a house built with love, to rest, enjoy, spend unforgettable moments and continue the legacy of our mother Mila, who inaugurated the rural house almost 15 years ago. We continue this legacy, receiving in every detail and taking care of this small oasis of tranquility and nature.

A private space with a large garden to enjoy with family or friends. It is a house that stands out for its comfort as it is on one floor and its luminosity as it is completely surrounded by an extensive garden. The terrace at the entrance of the house with a huge awning allows you to enjoy days in the winter sun and summer evenings in an ideal environment.

You can explore many beautiful places of extensive nature such as La Laguna Negra, El Chorrón, La Fuentona, El Cañón de Río Lobos and La Cebollera. Mushroom picking, hiking, mountain biking and local cuisine.
Sourroundings of Villa Mila
The Tera River is responsible for giving the town its name and giving it a special charm. Walking through the streets we can find various monuments such as the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, which is of Romanesque origin. We also have an Asset of Cultural Interest such as the Palace of the Marqués de Vadillo and inside which is the hermitage of Santa Constanza.
We recommend a visit to the Valley area, with its beautiful towns, landscapes and pine forests around. Vinuesa, Molinos de Duero, the Laguna Negra and the Cuerda del Pozo Reservoir are located a few kilometers from the house.

The last visit we recommend is to go to Gormaz. There we can see its famous castle of Muslim origin built in the 9th century. It is a fortress that was once very important for Muslim defense against the Christian kingdoms. Currently the castle is abandoned but it has become a very beautiful tourist spot in the area.
