Villa Kora

Cozy little house located in the town of Alcubilla del Marqués. It has a large capacity so it is perfect to come with a group of friends or with your entire family. It is located in acentral area of the town and this makes it a very accessible place.

Its façade is made of stone and very characteristic materials that give it a perfect rustic air. Furthermore, its interior has decoration also prepared for the occasion. They wanted to mix old elements with more modern ones, always guaranteeing comfort.

It has a large living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a table, a 55' television and a wonderful fireplace. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining room with 4 tables and chairs so you can be perfectly comfortable at lunch time. You can eat at 4 separate tables, put them all together on a large table or whatever configuration is most convenient.

The kitchen has various appliances so that your meals are perfect. Everything is modernized so it won't be difficult for you to adapt to it. There is also kitchenware, crockery and cutlery so that no one misses anything.

We have a total of 8 rooms, 6 with double beds and 2 with single beds. They are all totally different rooms. Decorated in different environments, each one has a characteristic color that ranges from beige, to blue, through pink. What they do have in common is the furniture since they all have closets and tables to organize your clothes and belongings. You will also find sets of sheets and blankets available and ready on the beds.

In each of the rooms you will have heating to your liking since it is individual. This will allow you to adapt the temperature of the bedroom to your liking. And finally, highlight the presence of a bathroom in each room, this guarantees greater privacy and freedom when taking your baths.

You have the possibility of arriving in your own car and parking at the door so you can have the vehicle whenever you need it.

Between Burgo de Osma and San Esteban de Gormaz is where our beautiful house is located, specifically in Alcubilla del Marqués. The most characteristic thing about this small rural area is its Gothic style church, Our Lady of the Assumption.

A few kilometers away we can reach Burgo de Osma where we are going to highlight certain monuments that are worth visiting. For example, its Santa María de la Asunción Cathedral, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, was built on top of the one that already existed of Romanesque origin. If you walk through the streets of the town you will have to pass through its main square, which is one of the best examples of a Castilian square that exists. Next to the Ucero River we have beautifulOsma Castle.

San Esteban de Gormaz is the other municipality that we can get to know. Its church, the well-known Virgen del Rivero, is located at the top of an esplanade where it dominates over everything. It is Romanesque in style and dates back to the 12th century and to access it we will go up some stone stairs. Another beautiful church to visit is that of San Miguel, with a facade of arches which are meticulously cared for. And all without forgetting the wonderful swimming area of Las Ramblas.

Also within half an hour's drive you can enjoy the Califal Fortress of Gormaz, the Lobos River Canyon, and numerous wineries where you can taste or purchase the best wines from the Ribera del Duero.
