Torre Palacio Alvarado

This beautiful medieval castle is located in the town of the Ribero, in the Burgos Region of Las Merindades. This place is characterized by its diversity of landscapes, where the great natural landscapes stand out.
In this context our inn rises that was originally a Castillo-Torre who saw its walls of Spanish history as Carlos V and Fernando VII. And who knows? Maybe today we can stay in one of the bedrooms they used. Returned to our times, this house incorporates the following rooms and facilities:

• double room: this room can have a large 2 individual beds twin style. Each room has a wide and luminous stay where the wooden ceilings are highlighted and soils of a beautiful polished parquet, they also have nighttime tables with lamps, closet to save our luggage, television and individual heating. Each room also has a window abroad, as well as a full bathroom.

• suite: This beautiful room has the walls in Vista stone, to the purest medievo style. It has a romantic bed with canopy, so the rooms are loaded with elegance and history. We also find several auxiliary furniture such as night tables, closet and desk, for guests's comfort. Each room has restuled old elements that further reinforce the feeling of being at another time. finally have a full bathroom. 

• suite with hydromassage: This wide 40 m² room has a marriage bed, rustic walls that give elegance to the stay, as well as various old elements such as furniture. In it we will find auxiliary tables, desk under the window, cabinets and a flirtatious rocking room in the entrance area, all of them are restored vintage style, so we will feel welcomed for a past time. It also has a small couch style sofa in one of the corners. Finally, guests can enjoy a splendid bathroom with hydromassage bathtub.

• upper double room: This elegant room with high wooden roofs has a marriage bed. These rooms retain the stone walls and the gates and windows of wood, as well as ancient furniture where we highlight the night tables with lamps, the paintings with medieval motifs and other elements such as desktop and wicker armchair.

This quiet and medieval town is located in the municipality of Merindad de Montija, it is the province of Burgos. The population of this municipality is less than the 1000 inhabitants, so it is an ideal place to rest a few days away from the crowds. Among its heritage, it stands out:
