Primorías - Llanes 1 y 2

Our house is ideal for those who enjoy trips in nature. It is found in La Pereda, a small Asturian people located near Llanes. 

The house is part of a complex of some 5,300 meters2: a farm surrounded by chestnuts and oaks in which you will breathe the pure air every morning. 

Within the complex 4 independent houses are built. The ones that we present below are ready to welcome 10 people, and distribute their interior between 2 plants.

Let us know the distribution of the ground floor:

• living room: a warm stay that rescues the essence of the rural world. It has a chimney of wood, accompanied by a television and sofas for rest. 

• cuisine: equipped with appliances (winemakers, dishwasher, microwave...) that are perfectly integrated into traditional decoration. Next to her, there is a laundry room to make the cast. 

• 2 double bedrooms: spaces designed for rest. In both you will find a 2 individual beds. 

• bathroom: Inside you will find a bathtub in which to immerse your body and enjoy moments of relaxation and disconnection. 

Let us now go up to the first floor:

• 3 double bedrooms: The first one has marriage bed and own bathroom (with shower); the second, has a double bed and a balcony with garden views; And, the third, houses inside 2 beds simple. 

• Bathroom: In this bathroom you will have a shower, in addition to basic equipment. Like the remaining ones, it has toilet towels. 

Already outside the house, you can enjoy pure air in the front porch, for private use, such as the terrace with furniture and the barbecue.

Our rural complex is in the outskirts of Pereda, surrounded by a natural landscape where you will contemplate the Asturian nature in all its splendor.

However, you will be close to everything:

• The Villa de Llanes is just 2 km. Walking through the old town of this village of fishing origin, declared as a whole-historical, you will find as notable monuments as the beautiful basilica of Santa María del Célreo and the Palace of El Cercado. 

• If you feel like giving you a dip in the waters of the Cantabrian Sea, among the closest beaches are the Toró and the Ballota Beach. And, a little further away, the Gulpiyuri beach, the smallest in the world.

• For those who want to continue exploring the area, we tell you that San Vicente de la Barquera is only 20 minutes and, ribadesella, half an hour.
