Our house is ideal for those who enjoy trips in the middle of nature. It is located at La Pereda, a small Asturian town located near Llanes.
The house is part of a complex of about 5,300 square meters: a farm surrounded by chestnut trees and oak trees where you will breathe fresh air every morning.
Within the complex there are 4 independent houses. The ones that we present to you below are ready to accommodate 10 people, and distribute their interior between 2 floors.

Within the complex there are 4 independent houses. The ones that we present to you below are ready to accommodate 10 people, and distribute their interior between 2 floors.
Let's know the distribution of the ground floor:
- Living-dining room: a warm room that rescues the essence of the rural world. It has a wood-burning fireplace, accompanied by a television and sofas for relaxing.
- Kitchen: equipped with electrical appliances (hob, dishwasher, microwave...) that integrate perfectly into the traditional decoration. Next to it, there is a laundry room to do your laundry.
- 2 double rooms: spaces designed for rest. In both you will find a 2 single beds joined.
- Bathroom: inside you will find a bathtub in which to submerge your body and enjoy moments of relaxation and disconnection.
- 3 double rooms: the first one has double bed and its own bathroom (with shower); the second one has a double bed and a balcony with views of the garden; and, the third, houses inside 2 single beds.
- Complete bathroom: in this bathroom you will have a shower, in addition to the basic equipment. Like the rest, it has cleaning towels.

We are a family business that started 25 years ago. I am Clara, a graduate in tourism and a lover of travel. I have 3 small daughters and a German husband, totally adapted to Spain.
I try that my clients can mix with the culture of the place and give them what I can so that they feel good in the houses.
I like to improve as a person and as an entrepreneur, I try to learn from all the experiences that I live to always propose new things and I am not afraid to risk if I know that my "turis" will enjoy more.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is a very spacious house, with cozy common spaces, a fireplace that gives the environment a special warmth and very spacious bedrooms. All with freshly cleaned sheets and towels.
The architecture is simple and rustic, wood and ceramics mainly. The kitchen is open to the living room to make the stay even more pleasant when it comes to being in a group.
What to do in its surroundings?
We are at the foot of the imposing Sierra del Cuera and a few kilometers from the sea. You can walk from the farm and go up to the Muezca, or a simpler walk to the next towns of Parres and Porrúa.
If what you want is sea and beach, in 4 kilometers you are in Llanes and you can walk through its cobbled streets, visit the Paseo de San Pedro or make the Coastal Path that takes you through each of the coves that make up the 32 kilometers of coastline that bathe this council.
You also have multiple options for active tourism, from surfing to descending the Sella by canoe. Ask us and we advise you.

- The villa of Llanes is only 2 km away. Walking through the old quarter of this town of fishing origin, declared a Historic Site, you will come across such notable monuments as the beautiful Basilica of Santa María del Concejo and the palace of El Cercado.
- If you feel like taking a dip in the waters of the Cantabrian Sea, the closest beaches include Toró and Ballota beach. And, a little further away, the Gulpiyuri beach, the smallest in the world.
- For those of you who want to continue exploring the area, we tell you that San Vicente de la Barquera is only 20 minutes away and Ribadesella, half an hour away.
