Coquette and very intimate rural house that is located in the town of Requena de Campos, belonging to the Castilian-Leonese province of Palencia. Located in the heart of the village, just a few steps from the church, it is an ideal accommodation option for couples who want a relaxed stay in a traditional rural setting.

Its capacity to accommodate de 2 seats, granted by its unique double room of marriage. Although it should be noted that it has an extra bed. Regarding the building in which it is located, it is an old breadbasket annexed to the main house where the owners live, a house that was built with the leftover stones of the aforementioned church in the 18th century. For its development in recent years, we worked very hard to recover the building, which had been used as a storage room, as well as a large number of antique and very stately furniture that is now displayed in the accommodation.

In relation to the characteristics most outstanding of its interiors, the house is distributed in 2 floors:

• In the lower floor, which is accessed from the street, is where we find the lounge and kitchen. Both are spacious rooms of rustic decor, the living room is composed of a TV area with a sofa and a comfortable reading corner equipped with a armchair next to a fireplace, and the kitchen-dining room, is treated of a large room fully equipped and with a wooden dining table right in the center.

• It is in the kitchen where we find the stairs to access the upper floor, where we find a double room and a bathroom. The double room, with a regal appearance, stands out for its its spectacular wrought iron headboard, although it is also worth mentioning its beautiful solid wood desk. The bathroom also consists of a bathtub.

In addition, the house has a garden which is considered one of the jewels of the house:

• It is a common garden espacioso with the main house that is full of lawns, and where we can find a well, a source and also a great porch equipped with outdoor furniture.

During your stay, if you want you can visit:

• The Canal de Castilla that passes through the town and is located less than 500 meters from the rural house, configures unique landscapes in its margins, which are ideal for walking.

• In the municipality of Frómista we can see the jewel church of the Palencia Romanesque, San Martín de Frómista, a must for its reconstruction so interesting.

• Also in Frómista we find a section of the famous Camino de Santiago, which allows visitors to visit it for a day.
