Our accommodation is located in Porrúa, one of the most beautiful towns in the council of Llanes and the entire eastern Asturian area.
This house has 3 floors in which complete rooms are distributed, decorated with great care and leaving space for up to a maximum of 6 people to stay.
On the ground floor they are distributed:
- A dining room in which the rest area is made up of a sofa which is accompanied by several armchairs and which is oriented towards the furniture on which the television rests. Next, a large wooden table with its set of chairs that will be perfect for everyone to eat together.
- A kitchen that can be seen from the living room. It has great storage possibilities since it has several cabinets that are distributed above and below the countertop. The dishes are complete and there is also cutlery for everyone. Appliances are also present, helping our guests to cook comfortably.
- A double bedroom in which there are 2 single beds. They dress with sheets and blankets, and wooden headboards that present the beds. It has a private bathroom.
On the upper floor there are:
- 2 double rooms of which one of them is a double bed, with a bathroom with a bathtub and, on the other hand, the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
- A laundry room, equipped with a washing machine.
In the loft, which is rented separately and is for 2 people, there is:
- A double bedroom with 2 single beds and bedding. There is also a private bathroom.

My name is Javier and I am the owner. I live a few meters from the house. For me, the main goal is that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay in this accommodation.
At any time, I am available to clarify any type of doubt and to solve any possible problems that may arise during our guests' stay.
Our accommodation is one of the best options to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay in the eastern part of the Principality of Asturias. A few 6 kms from the town of Llanes, in our accommodation all guests feel like in their own home.
The house consists of: 1 marriage bedroom (135 cm bed); 2 double bedrooms (two 90 cm beds); 3 bathrooms; Dining room; Kitchen and laundry room.
The town of Porrúa is very well located, since in its vicinity, you can visit a large number of fine sand beaches where you can practice various aquatic activities such as surfing, paddle surf or Windsurf.
In addition, the Sierra del Cuera is also located at a very short distance. In it, in addition to making various hiking routes, you can contemplate an incredible view of the entire landscape of this area.
