Description of La Primera de Otoño
The stay is located at Vallespinoso de Cervera, a town of Palencia ain the greenest part of the province. Nearby is the Sierra de Híjar a although it belongs to Cantabria puesto is that it is located very close to the border.
The house is divided into several floors with a maximum capacity of 7 people which corresponds to 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom is formed by a double bed in a room with the stone decorated wall and a huge window, ideal for a couple.
On the other hand the second bedroom se is formed by another double bed en a room more designed for young people. It also has a large window.
The third room has 3 single beds perfect for the little ones in the house. Despite this the room is quite spacious and has a small wardrobe.
The X1 Living room area is arranged with a sofa grande and 2 other smaller Share space with the dining room which is a great table.
The kitchen is perfectly connected to the dining room and the living room. It has microwave, cookers, refrigerator, oven, etc. All with a small window to ventilate the site.
The bathroom is another of the most spacious rooms. The bathtub is quite long therefore it will allow us to enjoy a bath after a hard day. It also has other services of the toilet.
With regard to the outside we enjoy a barbecue y area of outside dining room. All in the courtyard de the house.

The environment of the stay is quite relaxing since it is surrounded by nature. On the one hand is the River Pisuegra a only 5km. A little further on is the Aguilar Reservoir, natural places worth visiting.
