Description of La Parda
Our rural house is located in a natural landscape worthy of the best postcards: in the heart of the Natural Park of Fuentes Carrionas and Fuente del Cobre.
Specifically, we are located in the urban center of Triollo, a municipality of the north of Palencia where you will know the authentic essence of the towns of the region.
We are respectful with the environment, and therefore we use renewable energy for heating, and materials such as adobe or wood in architecture and decoration.
The house has a capacity maximum for 9 people (one in additional bed), and is equipped with the comforts of a city home, but with the charm of rural environments.

- Living-dining room. The room is surrounded by thick stone walls, which culminate in a ceiling with exposed beams. Inside you will find a living room space, where the chimney or the television large inches, and a dining table, with crockery and cutlery for all. In addition, it has books for all tastes, and games as the diana.
- Kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a design that mixes tradition with modernity: the tradition comes from the hand of decoration and, modernity, part of the appliances, among which are the or the fridge combi.
- 3 double bedrooms. For the rest, we have a bedroom with 2 single beds, and another 2 with a double bed. Each one is designed in a unique and special way, counting in each one with a private bathroom completo.
- Study. This space can be used with a double function: as a work center, since it is equipped with a computer and has an internet connection, or as a bedroom, since it has a double bed.
- Toilet. The interior spaces are completed with the toilet, where you will find welcome items as gels or towels.
