Our house is a large farm with an extensive patio around it. It is located in the Asturian municipality of Ribadesella, just 5 minutes from the center and the beach.
The property is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is distributed in the following rooms:

- Living room: with several armchairs and a sofa, around a small table. The room is equipped with a chimney, for the colder months, to make more comfortable resting hours.
- Dining room: with a sturdy wooden cabinet with crockery and decorations, a large dining table with chairs and a television.
- The kitchen is set in a corner shape. In it there are appliances as vitroceramic or hurno, among others, in addition to electric kitchen appliances. Against one of the walls there is a countertop on which to work.
- 3 double rooms: one with double bed and the other 2 with single beds together. Possibility of adding 2 extra beds.
- Bathroom: complete with bath linen, utensils and equipped with shower tray.
