Our rural home is located in a privileged environment on the Cantabrian coast, just 3 kilometers from the beaches of Noja and Isla.
Ideal for the summer months, but also during the rest of the year, in which you can enjoy the quiet Cantabria, good food, good people and green landscapes unique to the Iberian Peninsula.
If what you are looking for is a destination near Santander, our house is located just 30 minutes by car, and at this same distance there are other tourist spots such as the Natural Park of Cabárceno, Santillana del Mar, Santoña or Laredo.
You will be able to have, despite being in a rustic environment, all the comforts, since we have a supermarket, restaurants, bars and everything you need to have at hand nearby.
Our house has 2 floors, very well distributed:
One of the gardens also has barbecues so you can have your barbecues. We also have an area with tables and chairs for eating or dining outdoors.
If you come to our storybook house, you will want to repeat! Note: pets are not allowed.

Our house has 2 floors, very well distributed:
- On the ground floor you will have 50 square meters in which the common areas, the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom are located. X
- The upstairs is a completely open-plan area with large windows where we can separate the bedroom area, with a double bed and a screen to find privacy when sleeping and 2 single beds and a sofa bed. You will wake up seeing horses and the characteristic Tudanca cows of our area through the window.
One of the gardens also has barbecues so you can have your barbecues. We also have an area with tables and chairs for eating or dining outdoors.
If you come to our storybook house, you will want to repeat! Note: pets are not allowed.
