Description of La Casa del Jardín
Our house is a typical Asturian house, located next to Llanes. This rural accommodation have a capacity between 11 and 14 people, and being a hostel, it offers infinity of services and amenities to its tenants.
The house is an old Indian house, which has been rehabilitated to create a period space, combining traitition and modernity. The residence is structured in 2 floors.
It has a total of 5 double bedrooms. All rooms are complemented with room private bathroom. Something that they also have in common is a television. Algo that is variable is the number and size of the beds, since we have rooms with double beds and rooms with 2 single beds each. In addition, some of them have a small rest area.
On the ground floor there is a common room, as well as a dining area. This dining room is located next to a traditional kitchen. Also, we have a small kitchen that customers can use.
The living room has several sofas arranged in the front of L, leaving the front of the television and behind the chimney y a round table. The kitchen has appliances as a washing machine, microwave and a small refrigerator for community use. An American bar separates it from the dining area, where in addition to a table there is a old oven.
We have a nice and careful garden, furnished con disfintas tables and chairs scattered around the space, as well as umbrellas and other terrace furniture. This outer space is fenced and protected by an infinity of trees and plants.
Inside the property we have a private use parking for our clients.
We offer our guests the possibility of serving them breakfasts and dinners, as well as a long list of wines and beers.
