Our rural house is located at Matalbaniega, a quiet and charming village of Palencia.
The accommodation is divided into 2 independent houses: house A, structured in 2 floors y with capacity for 10 people, and house B, an apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The house A is composed of:
- Kitchen - dining room fully equipped with washing machine, oven and dishwasher among other appliances. It has all the kitchenware you may need and a large dining table where you can eat all together.
- Living room with fireplace at work. It is a very cozy stay thanks to the stones seen from the wall and the wooden ceiling beams. It has a pair of 2-seater sofas cada one and a small television so you can stay connected with the news during your vacation. You also have at your disposal a DVD and a stereo so that your parties do not miss anything.
- Master bedroom with double bed very comfortable, 2 bedside tables and un large wardrobe so you can place your luggage. It is a very special room thanks to the rural decoration composed of the natural stone wall, the mud floors and the old furniture. It has a suite bathroom for private use. Highly recommended for those who do not give up their privacy despite being enjoying a family vacation.
- 3 double rooms, with 2 single beds and a headboard according to the style of the rest of the house, whether wrought iron or wood. Account with bedside tables and large cabinets so you can place your luggage as you would in your own home. The colors of the walls are pastel colors to promote relaxation but what stands out most of these bedrooms is the natural stone wall that, together with the mud floors, offer a rustic air that will make you feel like in a story . In addition, in the rooms you will find small details that will make these rooms a very special place such as antique sinks, mirrors with curious shapes, lamps of epoch, etc.
- 2 full bathrooms with shower and towels available for each guest. One of them is in the marriage room.
- Common garden at 2 homes with a landscaped part and another paved where you'll find the barbecue and the garden furniture. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind while enjoying a delicious grilled meat outdoors.

Our house is located at Matalbaniega, very close to Aguilar de Campoo, a small town of Palencia famous for its biscuit industry. It is a very quiet town full of charm especially thanks to its Romanesque architecture and the medieval fabric of its streets. If you visit us, do not hesitate to know some places of interest such as:
- The Plaza Mayor, considered one of the most beautiful in Spain thanks to its glassed-in galleries. It is presided by the Collegiate Church of San Miguel and the house of the Marquises of Aguilar. It is a leisure center where most of the shops in the town are concentrated.
- The ride of the Cascajera, pedestrian zone that on the one hand offers us remains of the old wall and on the other we find the river Pisuerga. It is a key place since it connects Plaza España with the Paseo del Monasterio and, in addition, it has direct access to the island of San Roque.
- The ruins of the castle of Aguilar, whose origins go back to the XII century. The walk to get to this construction is very nice and offers beautiful views.
- The Aguilar reservoir, one of the largest in Palencia. From its retaining wall you can see a beautiful view of the city, but the most curious is under its waters: 4 cities that were submerged of which you can still see some rest when the tide comes down.
