La Basna

In the small town of Santotís, within the municipality of Tudanca, in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, our home is located, which adds its own characteristics to the tranquility provided by a population that does not exceed 20 inhabitants and the beauty of the natural environment that surrounds it.

The facade of the house, having 3 floors, is built in exposed stone, following the typical architecture of the area and maintaining a decorative line present throughout the town. As outdoor areas it has a balcony or terrace and a patio with barbecue and picnic area so that you can prepare our best meats and enjoy the good weather, or not, because they are roofed and glazed.

The maximum capacity that this house supports is a maximum of 12 people, so inside we find the following rooms and their characteristics:

• A open area decorated in a cream tone with wooden details, giving the feeling of a small house lost in the mountains. In it, the living room, with several green sofas in front of a fireplace and the television, the dining room, with a long wooden table and chairs, and the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and being open to a bar, are mixed in a very ergonomic and intelligent way. • 5 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the rest with single beds. Each bedroom has a range of color in its decorative details. They all have the furniture that will help you unpack your luggage. The 2 people who are left behind will sleep in extra beds.

• 5 complete bathrooms and in unparalleled conditions. Each one of them is inside one of the bedrooms, maintaining the color range in its decoration. They have as an extra the towel set included.
