Su capacidad es de 20 personas; Yes, you read correctly, 20. Thanks to its 8 rooms you will all be able to sleep comfortably and finally embark on a trip together, friends and family, children and adults, etc.

In its 3 floors the different rooms are distributed.

• There is a living room, very cozy, composed of a round table around which several chairs and also individual armchairs are placed.

• In one corner you will see the fireplace, with a stone frame, and in another the television, on a wooden shelf.

• There is also a dining room, very spacious, with a huge table where you can all sit together for dinner and lunch and in the warmth of a wonderful fireplace, with a brick frame.

• La cocina es amplísima. It has an 'L'-shaped countertop with a series of base units among which you can see an old black oven and, next to it, the dishwasher.

• It has a ceramic hob, also a coffee maker, to prepare good breakfasts, and a microwave. Added to this is the washing machine, as well as a dining table where you can sit quietly to have breakfast.

• There are a total of 4 bathrooms, all of them with showers and distributed between the first and second floors.

• The house has 8 bedrooms. 4 of them are doubles, while the others are triples. They are all very spacious and have windows to the outside.

• The attic is an open space, set up as a living room where you will find many armchairs, as well as a television and entertainment with the pingpong table and other games. There is also a computer and some tables.

Outside you will enjoy a large space with a covered barbecue area and outdoor furniture so you can organize outdoor meals at any time.

We also have a soccer field and basketball court outside.

For your vehicles we have private 6-space parking.

If you like nature you will not want to leave this spectacular town that is Villar. It is located within Cantabria, totally surrounded by wide and beautiful landscapes. This is due to the large number of places you can visit.

• On the one hand, towards the north, you have the great valley called Alto Campoo, as well as the high valleys, the Nansa and Saja. A great natural complex in which to do a large number of routes.

• There is also space for water currents, since a river passes near the town, the Híjar, which leaves beautiful landscapes in its wake. Towards the south, on the border with Castilla y León, you can see the mountain that bears that same name: Híjar.

• Already within the adjacent community, the natural park that is located there is a good option to see, that of Fuentes Carrionas and also Fuente Cobre.
