El Pongallin

Very spacious holiday home with capacity for up to 13 people, located in the Asturian town of Sevares, near the lakes of Covadonga, Llanes or Cabrales.

The house has 5 rooms, which are distributed as follows:

• A main one with a 1.50 double bed and private bathroom.
• Another with 2 1.50 beds and its own bathroom. 
• 2 rooms with a bed of 1.50 each.
• A villa with 2 beds of 90.

It has a living-dining room with a rustic atmosphere presided over by a large fireplace, a 40m2 space where you can jointly enjoy all the comforts that this house offers, such as television, piped music or the views provided by its majestic windows outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to feel at home, and with complete kitchenware.

On the ground floor, we find a games room with ping pong and foosball, as well as a billiards

Outside we find a garden that is lost with nature around the house. It has two porches, one front and one side where we find a barbecue area with a camping-style table where you can have lunch or dinner. It also has a recreation space where there are swings.

It has private parking for up to 5 vehicles, for greater comfort. Return subject to cleaning the home.

Any type of party or meeting of groups that disrupt the coexistence of the home is expressly prohibited.

A deposit will be charged to guarantee that the house is left in perfect condition.

In an environment full of green color, this house is located a few kilometers from the coast of Llanes, where you can visit its cliffs, and its ancient sea caves.

Espinaredo is a small town of about 165 inhabitants that is located in the same area as the house, where we can find more than 30 of the famous hórreos.

A few kilometers away is the town of Cabrales, known among other things for the type of cheese that receives its same name and for being one of the areas belonging to the Picos de Europa.

We can also visit the Picos de Europa and the famous Lakes of Covadonga where nature and fauna can be seen in their purest form.
