Description of El Pedrueco
Our rural house is located 3.5 kilometers from the town of Nava, in the Comarca de la Sidra, Asturias. With a maximum capacity for 6 people, this home invites you to enjoy a stay in a relaxed and quiet environment.
Divided into 2 floors, with the property reserving the right of admission, the residence is structured as follows:
On theground floor:
- A living room with tourist information on Asturias, a library with different collections of books, heating and also a wood stove to make your stay more pleasant, a television with DVD, stereo, games console, board games... among many other things.
- A dining room with a table and seats for 6 guests where you can enjoy meals or enjoy board games.
- A kitchen stocked with complete crockery, glassware, cutlery, tablecloths and napkins... and all types of appliances such as arefrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances (juicer, mixer, toaster, kettle...), to enjoy gastronomy.
On the first floor:
- L´Ablanu: 1 bedroom with single beds and toilet
- El Manzanu: 1 bedroom with single beds and bathroom
- El Texu: room with double bed and bathroom
Outside we can enjoy various relaxing spaces such as:
- Area under the granarywhere you can have a delicious barbecue
- Pond Gazebo, where you can chat with family or friends, having a drink and listening to the sound of the water.
- The garden of the doors, where you can take a nice nap under the trees.
- The well of secrets garden, where you can enjoy a quiet reading.
- An outdoor pool with a cover and hammock area where you can cool off.
- A recreation area for the little ones to play in total comfort consisting of a trampoline, swing, slide... as well as a ping-pong table, a frog game, among other things.
- A Mythological Investigation game to discover through clues all the legends of Asturian mythology.
Attached to the house we have an events room where you can hold work meetings, family meetings, etc., with capacity for 12-14 people. Service upon request and with charge.

We arrive at this house looking for a quieter life in the country
Our house is designed so you can enjoy a few days with your family or friends. The house has space for 6 people, and is fully equipped.
To spend it big, games for children and adults such as the pingpong table, frog, target and petanca.
And outside, a garden in which there is a granary, cenor to enjoy meetings, or a pool to enjoy a bathroom.
The external areas are shared with us that we live in an attached house on the same farm.
And if you want to celebrate an event, we have a room for 12 and 14 people.
