- A huge corridor hall that leads you to a spacious room formed by wooden furniture and also has several seats and sofas. This luagar becomes the meeting point of all the guests as it is the only area of the house that has fireplace. It is very nice to be around her while reading or enjoying table games or just chatting.
- On this floor we also have the dining room with enough tables to eat all together. The most delicious dishes are prepared with local products.

From the most architectural point of view we can visit Cangas de Onís and cross its famous bridge that crosses the River Sella. Although it is considered Roman bridge, its characteristics are completely medieval.
