The first thing to highlight is the inaccuracy of the description of the house and without a doubt the most important thing is the lack of Wi-Fi despite mentioning it twice in the description of the property. When traveling with teenagers, this detail can be fatal.
There was also no dishwasher, despite it being mentioned and even appearing in a photo. Neither stereo nor DVD, although we do not miss the latter.
The room that is mentioned as an additional room in the living room was closed since apparently it is used as an extra room when there are more than six people.
Cleaning had to be reinforced, especially in the bathrooms and the refrigerator, which smelled intensely of fish.
There was no replacement bedding despite renting for a week, some of the sheets were smaller than the beds they were on and there was no top sheet, only the bottom sheet and the duvet.
The house had what was strictly necessary and nothing more. We frequent rural tourism a lot and there are always "courtesy leftovers" that other users usually leave. In this case there was nothing. We even had to buy scouring pads and garbage bags.
The barbecue was unusable because it was so rusty. We had to buy a grill at a hardware store to be able to use it. In addition, the "hat" of its chimney had broken and it had to be used with caution as it was surrounded by trees.
There was also no furniture to take advantage of the wonderful garden that surrounds the house. Just some plastic chairs.
The coffee maker (filter) did not work, although the owner came immediately and brought us a similar one that did.
It's a shame that such a spacious and wonderful house is not properly preserved and is so devoid of everything. The owner, yes, is friendly.
